ASL Videos
As you watch these videos, look for the facial expressions and mouth movements that are a vital part of ASL. Notice the difference between the mouth movements in the ASL videos and those in the PSE videos. Also notice the completely different sentence structure from that of what you would say in spoken English.

PSE and English Videos
Notice that in these videos, the words are almost always on the lips of the signers. There is little other mouth movement and no use of head tilt, ASL eyebrow movement, etc. While there is facial expression, it is basically the same as it would be if the message were being spoken, (though maybe a bit more intense).The word order is pretty much the same as it would be in spoken English.
